Within the Bpifrance digital transformation branch, Julien organizes and manages the digital transformation to serve clients and collaborators. With his 15-member team, he uses Klaxoon to facilitate retrospective meetings. As a result, everyone gets to express themselves and solutions are found collectively.

With Board, Julien and his team turn ideas into action.
Take stock of the projects undertaken by the team, the work with the service providers and the different business areas, etc. Julien uses the Retrospective template to mobilize collective intelligence on the ongoing projects. Each member takes some time to think and to share ideas on the Board. Then, Julien organizes those ideas very simply thanks to the visual management. The group can review the ideas efficiently and go back over certain points if necessary. Thanks to the team's ideas and the visual organization, a concrete action plan naturally emerges!
